Patient Description:
- Ex-preterm 24 weeks, prolonged ventilation and moderately severe BPD
- On CPAP 5 at 38 weeks corrected but relatively unstable
- In 30-40% oxygen
- Planned transition to HFNC with pressure monitoring at transfer to guide choice of flow rate
